The method
A site called Top 10
owes you its working.
On the open web that name usually means thin affiliate content. So here are the rules this register runs on, in plain terms, and what we refuse to do. Hold us to them.

- No entry ships as a bare claim
- Every listing is a record carrying its sources, the date it was checked and a confidence level. If something cannot be sourced, it does not go on the site. That is why the strip sits at the top of a record instead of hidden at the bottom of the page.

- Staleness is visible, not hidden
- A check has a shelf life. Once a record passes its review window the strip turns amber and says it is due for a re-check, rather than presenting an old check as if it were current. You should be able to see how fresh a fact is before you act on it.

- Rank cannot be bought
- No provider pays for a position, and none has. If a paid partner link ever appears it will be labelled as one and kept separate from the neutral official link, and it will only appear where we would recommend the thing with no commission attached.

- Facts and sentiment are kept apart
- Licences, registrations and published fees are checkable, so we check them. What people felt about a provider is a different kind of claim, so it is shown as somebody's named account with a link, never blended into a score that hides where it came from.

- Community reviews need receipts
- A signed-in person has to show a concrete outcome: money saved or made, a shorter timeline, a specific problem solved. An AI pre-screen reads each one and recommends, but it never publishes. A human reviews and signs off on every account before it appears.
- 06
- We do not scrape private groups
- The best recommendations live in closed WhatsApp and Facebook groups, and they are going to stay there. We use what is legitimately public, and we ask the community to hand us the rest. Nothing here is lifted from a group you are in.
Where this stands today
64 providers are listed with verified facts, sources and check dates. Community ratings are deliberately not live yet: publishing named judgements about real professionals is a legal question in Israel as much as a product one, and it gets counsel review before it ships. Saying so is part of the method.
