Who is behind this
Built by an oleh hadash,
for olim.
I am Yuri Kruman. I built IsraelTop10 because my family paid for many of the mistakes this register now helps you avoid.
I have immigrated twice. The first time I was nine, from Moscow to Lexington, Kentucky. The second time was 2021, from the United States to Haifa, with my wife and our three children. My mother made aliyah too. I grew up speaking Russian, I get by in Hebrew and I know what it is to decode a system you were not raised inside.
As new olim we switched accountants five times in five years. It took us two to three years to learn that groceries were 40% cheaper ten minutes down the mountain. Those are the kinds of answers that live in closed WhatsApp groups and in the heads of people who arrived before you. IsraelTop10 puts them in one checked register, with the date each one was checked and its sources.
I also built Aliyahu.com, a free, self-funded and ad-free aliyah planner that turns deadlines, benefits, fees and tasks into a personal dated plan. Aliyahu tells you what to do and when. IsraelTop10 tells you who to call and where the real savings are.
Professionally, I have been a chief HR officer three times and also a chief learning officer, and as an executive coach I have worked with more than 2,300 professionals (as of 2026). I hold a J.D. from Cardozo and a B.A. with Distinction from the University of Pennsylvania.
